  This place has great food! And the owner Mark is hilarious and could tell you a million stories. I would highly recommend eating here for supper.

  Expensive and the food was just ok. The lettuce in the salad was brown. Had the fish and steak and the steak had an odd taste. The fish was ok. I doubt I would return.

  Last summer my friend and I went there to order a burger and fries each with a drink and it came to over 65 dollars for just the two meals. Ridiculous prices, the west view is much cheaper but of course this place opens as soon as the west view closes. I would NEVER go here again as I felt jipped out of the money and the portions were so small I wasn't even filled, nothing worse then going out to a restaurant and paying a lot of money just to be hungry. The place was also kinda dingy and had a tacky environment.

  The night we were there the place was packed to capacity with locals and birders, but they found us a table and took our order and delivered our food in short order. Staff was friendly, food was excellent, they offered Coca-Cola (always a critical consideration for me) and we got an excellent hands on report on the birds on the island for our entertainment. An unforgettable experience. If you are on the Island, go to the Anchor and Wheel for perch. Period. Full stop.
